How We Operate

As a family business, we understand the importance of human connections. Especially when it comes to navigating the international markets of sensitive industries like health and wellness.

It’s not just about selling products, it’s about becoming partners with our suppliers and clients, embedding ourselves in their operations to ensure the highest quality and success.

We’re more than consultants or traders. We’re a part of the process, working alongside our partners with a full range of pre- and post-sales support.

Trust isn’t something we take lightly—it’s cultivated, built over time, and earned through collaboration.

The Strength of Family,
The Vision of a Global Future

LCM’s story is deeply rooted in family.
In 1982, Fabio Lencioni, armed with a degree in industrial chemistry and deep experience in commodities trading, took a bold leap. He left the company he worked for and set off on his own.
This move was driven by his passion for the field and his ability to foresee a rapidly changing world.

With a firm sense of responsibility and an unshakable commitment to his ethical principles, Fabio built LCM on the belief that strong, lasting relationships are the foundation of a solid business. These values have continued to guide the company’s journey.

Starting in Sesto San Giovanni, just outside Milan, LCM's headquarters still remain firmly established in Italy.

During the course of its development, LCM’s influence spread globally, with Asia becoming a key supplier for high-quality raw materials for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Years later, with the addition of Fabio’s children, Cecilia and Lorenzo, the company saw exponential growth.
The entry of LCM’s second generation—Fabio’s children, Cecilia and Lorenzo—marked a turning point for the company. In 2010, LCM expanded its reach, evolving from a single entity into a network of five independent divisions, each operating within its own market while staying true to the same core values and objectives: conducting business ethically on a global scale, consolidating long-term partnerships worldwide, and providing companies with the raw materials needed to build a future based on quality.

This ultimately led to the creation of the LCM Group, a company that has continued to expand its services while staying true to one guiding principle: Good chemistry is the foundation of well-being.
Because good chemistry starts with strong and sturdy relationships.
